How long does delivery take?

All dispatches are made within 1-2 days of receiving the Order. Deliveries generally takes about 2-5 days after they are dispatched.

How much does delivery cost?

Any delivery may cost from $7.00 onwards depending on the quantity & size of the parcel and also, the location where it is shipped to.

Do you ship internationally?

We do Overseas shipment of our Caramelized Nuts.

Can I pick up my order?

You can Pick Up your Order from our store @ Westfield Shopping Centre, Albany, Auckland. Please let us know the time for Pick Up.

Can I track my order?

Once the Order is shipped, we provide you with a Tracking # so that you can track your Order.

My order still hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Please do let us know your details & the Tracking # provided, to help us track & deliver your parcel.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

As all products are made fresh after receipt of confirmed Order, they cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if any changes or cancellation are made known to us on the same day of placing the Order, it is possible to change or cancel the Order.

Is your product fresh?

All products are made fresh after receipt of confirmed Orders.

What is the shelf life?

The Shelf Life of all our Caramelized Nuts are approx 3 months from date of manufacture & for our Caramel/ Salted Popcorn – the Shelf Life is approx 7 days after manufacture.

How do I store your products?

All Caramelized & Roasted Nuts and Popcorns may be stored at room temperatures, in air tight containers, away from moisture, direct sunlight & heat.

What is your return policy?

We take pride in making the best quality products. All products are made & dispatched only after receipt of confirmed Orders. Any product once dispatched, cannot be returned. However, due to any reason, if it fails to be of an acceptable standard, please return the product with your Order # and we shall gladly replace the product or make a refund.
